Privacy Policy.
This policy explains what Fund Big Advisory collects when you use this site or apply for funding, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Last updated: August 4, 2026
I.Who this policy covers
This Privacy Policy applies to Fund Big Advisory (“Fund Big,” “we,” or “us”) and to this website and the funding application forms on it. By using this site or submitting an application, you agree to the practices described here.
We are headquartered at 201 Old Country Road, Melville, NY 11747. This site is intended for business owners located in the United States.
II.Information you give us
When you complete a funding form, we collect the information you enter:
- Your first and last name
- Your email address and phone number
- Your business name
- Your approximate monthly revenue and the amount of funding you are seeking
If your application moves forward, we may ask you for additional information needed to underwrite it — for example bank statements, tax returns, business formation documents, or identifying information about the business and its owners. We will tell you what is needed at that time.
III.Information collected automatically
When you submit a form, we also record technical and marketing attribution data alongside it:
- Your IP address, and the approximate country, region, city, and coordinates derived from it
- Your browser user-agent string, screen size, language, and time zone
- The page you submitted from, the page you first landed on, and the site that referred you
- Campaign and click identifiers from advertising links, including utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term, utm_content, gclid, fbclid, and msclkid
- The date and time of your submission
We use browser session storage to retain campaign identifiers for the duration of your visit so that a submission can be attributed to the link you arrived from. This data is cleared when you close the tab.
IV.How we use your information
- To review, underwrite, and respond to your funding request
- To contact you about your application and the funding options available to you
- To verify your identity and the information you have given us
- To measure which marketing campaigns produce applications, and to improve the site
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and automated submissions
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations
V.How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own independent marketing.
We do share it in these limited circumstances:
- With service providers who operate this site and our systems on our behalf — hosting, form processing and workflow automation, customer relationship management, communications, and analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- With parties involved in underwriting, funding, or servicing your account, where that is necessary to evaluate or complete your transaction.
- With consumer or commercial credit reporting agencies and identity or fraud verification services, in connection with an application you have submitted.
- When required by law, subpoena, regulation, or a governmental request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections in this policy.
VI.Calls, texts, and emails
When you submit a funding form, you are asking us to contact you about your request. You agree that we and the advisors working on your file may call, text, and email you at the phone number and email address you provided, including through automated dialing or messaging systems, about your application and our funding products.
Consent to marketing calls or texts is not a condition of receiving credit. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop text messages by replying STOP to any message, stop marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in any email, or ask us to stop contacting you by writing to info@fundbigadvisory.com. We may still contact you about an active application or account.
VII.Cookies and analytics
This site uses browser storage and may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, to remember campaign attribution during your visit, and to understand aggregate site usage. Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear site storage; doing so may affect how parts of this site work. We honor Global Privacy Control signals where required by law.
VIII.How long we keep it
We keep application information for as long as needed to evaluate and service your request, and afterward for as long as required by our legal, regulatory, audit, and recordkeeping obligations. When information is no longer needed for those purposes, we delete it or render it non-identifying.
IX.How we protect it
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you give us, including encryption of data in transit and access controls limiting who can view application data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive documents to us by unsecured email.
X.Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, request a copy of it, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or opt out of certain processing. You may also ask us not to contact you, as described in Section VI.
To make a request, email info@fundbigadvisory.com or call 844 · 200 · 7201. We will verify your request before acting on it and will respond within the time the applicable law allows. We will not discriminate against you for making a request. Some information must be retained where law requires it.
XI.Financial privacy
Because we provide business financing, some information we collect is treated as nonpublic personal information under federal financial privacy law. We limit access to it to those who need it to do their jobs, and we maintain safeguards intended to comply with those requirements. Where a separate financial privacy notice is required for a specific product, we will provide it to you in connection with that product.
XII.Other sites
This site may link to sites we do not operate. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. Review the privacy policy of any site you visit.
XIII.Children
This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
XIV.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised policy.
