This website is operated by Fund Big Advisory (“Fund Big,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the site or submitting a funding application, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

You may use this site only if you are at least 18 years old, located in the United States, and acting on behalf of a business. If you submit an application for a business, you represent that you are authorized to do so and to provide the information in it on that business’s behalf.

Nothing on this site is an offer or commitment to lend, and submitting an application does not mean your request has been approved.

All funding is subject to our review of your application and supporting documentation, verification of the information you provide, our underwriting criteria, and the execution of final written agreements. Amounts, rates, terms, timelines, and approval speeds described on this site are illustrative, reflect past or typical outcomes, and are not a promise of the terms available to you. The actual terms of any funding will be set out in the agreement you sign.

Statistics on this site describing capital deployed or businesses funded describe our activity to date and do not predict any individual result. Our Disclosures page explains the figures, timelines, testimonials, and credit-inquiry statements on this site in more detail.

Content on this site, including anything in our insights or educational material, is provided for general information only. It is not financial, legal, accounting, or tax advice, and it does not account for your circumstances. Consult your own advisors before making a financing decision.

You agree that the information you submit is accurate, current, and complete, and that you will correct it if it changes while your application is pending. Submitting false or misleading information may result in denial of your application or termination of an existing agreement.

By submitting an application, you authorize us and our service providers to verify the information you give us and to obtain business and, where permitted, personal credit and background information about the business and its owners in connection with evaluating your request, and periodically thereafter while any obligation to us remains outstanding.

You consent to receive communications, disclosures, notices, and records from us electronically, including by email and through this site, and you agree that those electronic records satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. You may withdraw this consent by contacting us, though doing so may prevent us from continuing to process an application online.

Section VI of our Privacy Policy explains how we may call, text, and email you, and how to stop those communications.

You agree not to:

• Submit applications or information that are false, fraudulent, or not yours to submit
• Use automated systems to submit forms, scrape the site, or place unreasonable load on it
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the site, our systems, or another user's data
• Interfere with the operation or security of the site, or bypass any technical protection on it
• Use the site in violation of any applicable law, or for any purpose other than evaluating and applying for business financing

The site and its content — text, design, graphics, logos, and the Fund Big Advisory name and marks — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own use in evaluating our services. You may not copy, republish, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the site or its content without our written permission.

The site may link to or incorporate content from third parties. We do not control those parties and are not responsible for their content, products, services, or practices. Links are not endorsements, and your dealings with any third party are solely between you and that party.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the site at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the site will be available without interruption or free of errors, and we are not liable for any unavailability.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing here alters the terms of a signed funding agreement between you and us, which governs that transaction.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fund Big Advisory and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of your use of the site, your breach of these terms, or information you submitted that was false, misleading, or that you were not authorized to submit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of the site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts. A signed funding agreement may specify different governing law or venue for disputes about that agreement, and those provisions will control.

If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding your use of the site. You may not assign these terms without our consent.

We may revise these terms at any time by posting an updated version and changing the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the site after a revision takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
